TOKAPU: Pisaq, Chawaytire

The adventure begins with a visit to the archaeological site of Pisaq and its main attractions, offering incredible views. Next, we head to the highland community of Chawaytire, well-known not only for its colorful alpaca fiber textiles, heritage, and legacy from its ancestors, but also for its rock paintings located in the same area. In the community, we will have the opportunity to participate in an experience with the locals, who will kindly show us a glimpse of their daily lives, and teach us a bit about textile art, and here is where we will enjoy a true traditional lunch prepared with local ingredients. After a brief rest, we will continue our journey by descending to the colonial town of Pisaq, where we will visit its artisan market as the final point of our cultural and experiential adventure. Finally, we will take our transport back to the hotel.
