Itinerary:

The adventure begins very early, moving us to the community of Pampallaqta at the top of the Andes Mountain range, this will be our starting point. From the beginning, we will be entirely on the Puna altitude floor, located over 13 000 feet above sea level. Here, after a few brief warm-up exercises, necessary after a long drive, we can start our ascent to a high point in the mountain where we can see South American camelids such as the alpacas or lamas in their natural habitat, which are part of the local grazing of high Andean communities. In addition, we can find lagoons that are a source of life for the communities that inhabit these areas. Along the way, we will have the chance to make brief stops to hydrate ourselves and once we reach the highest point of the hike, we will have lunch with the best possible scenery. Afterward, we will start the descent towards the community of Paru Paru, the last point of our hike. Finally, we will take the transportation that will take us back to our hotel.
