MUYUMARKA: Moray, Maras salt mines, Chinchero

The adventure begins in the town of Misminay, a place that will undoubtedly captivate you with its incredible view from one of the highest and most panoramic points of the Sacred Valley, from here we will descend on foot until we reach the enigmatic terraces of Moray, here we will learn a little more about its possible use in ancient times. After the visit, we head to the town of Maras where we will walk through its colonial streets until we reach the main square and then continue the visit to the famous Salineras de Maras, unique in Peru, where ancestral work systems are still preserved to produce the famous “Pink salt from the Andes.” Afterwards, we head towards the lunch point and after a short rest we go to the last point of visit, the town of Chinchero, one of the best-known destinations in the Sacred Valley where we will learn through its famous natural sheep fiber fabrics. and alpaca, part of its culture, in addition, it’s a beautiful Inca-colonial town with its beautiful church and local market. Finally, we will take the transportation that will take us back to the hotel.
