CEQEÑAN: Tambomachay, Qenqo, Inkilltambo, Catedral, Qorikancha

The adventure begins by touring a part of the famous Inca religious system known as “ceqe” where the shrine of the eternal fountains of Tambomachay stands out, which will be the highest point of the visit. We head to the archaeological complex of Puka Pukara, a very particular place due to its location and connection with the environment. From there we begin the descent along the ancient Inca trail until we reach Inkilltambo. This imposing place is very little visited in the city, from here we begin the ascent until we reach the site of Amaru Markawasi, an ideal point to have a small lunch and a short break. Then we will visit Qenqo, a place that holds many mysteries and we continue along the ancient Inca trail entering the city passing through its typical little streets. We finish this experience by visiting the Cathedral and Qorikancha, both located in the city’s historic center.
