AYLLU: Valle de la papa, Pisaq

The adventure begins by visiting the high Andean community of Paru Paru, very famous not only for its beautiful kinsaqocha lagoon; but also, for being part of the famous Potato Valley where thousands of varieties of this tuber are kept. In the community we will be able to participate in a local experience with one of the families, who will kindly show us part of their daily life and teach us a little about potato cultivation and the multicolored fabrics with natural alpaca fiber, here the family will offer us a true Andean lunch prepared with local ingredients. After a brief rest, we will continue the tour descending to the Inca town of Pisaq, where we will visit the archaeological site and its main areas. Next, we will visit its craft market where you can continue seeing local art in its different expressions, as the final point of our cultural-experiential experience. Finally, we will take our transportation that will take us back to the hotel.
